You can call our office directly, or visit us in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

We suggest booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead for standard rentals. For high-demand periods such as holidays, events, or summer months, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is strongly recommended.

Yes. Modifications and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your rental start date at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review our cancellation policy for full details.

Same-day rentals are available based on inventory. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability before arriving.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. A valid credit card is required to place a security deposit at the time of pickup.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The deposit amount varies depending on the item being rented. It is fully refunded upon return of the item in its original condition.

Rental rates cover the base period. Additional fees may apply for late returns, fuel (for equipment), cleaning if the item is returned in poor condition, or optional add-ons such as delivery and insurance.

Yes, we offer weekly and monthly rate discounts for extended rentals. Contact us for a custom quote based on the duration and item you need.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup for an additional fee, depending on your location and the items rented. Please inquire when booking to confirm availability in your area.

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, the credit card used to make the reservation, and any confirmation number provided at booking. Additional documentation may be required for specialty equipment.

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Hours may vary by location.

DAMAGE & INSURANCE

You are responsible for the item during your rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. Significant damage may result in additional charges.

Yes, we offer an optional damage waiver that reduces your liability in the event of accidental damage. This is available for an additional daily fee and must be selected at the time of booking.

Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to repair the item yourself. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through troubleshooting, a replacement, or a pro-rated refund for lost rental time.

RETURNS

Return the item to our location during business hours, cleaned and in the same condition as received. Our staff will inspect the item and process your deposit refund once everything checks out.

Late returns are subject to additional charges based on our hourly or daily rate. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your situation and avoid unnecessary fees.

Yes, items should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, debris, or residue may result in a cleaning fee being deducted from your security deposit.

AVAILABILITY & INVENTORY

Our website displays real-time availability for most items. You can also call or email us to check availability and place a hold on any item while you finalize your plans.

Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us before your original return date to request an extension. We will confirm availability and adjust your rental agreement and charges accordingly.

If an item does not meet your needs, contact us right away. We will do our best to swap it for a more suitable option from our inventory. Swaps are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
